Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

We will be conducting our annual customer satisfaction telephone survey in June 2021.

As part of our commitment to continue to improve the way we serve our families, communities and business partners, we will be conducting our annual customer satisfaction surveys throughout the month of June 2021.

We have engaged CSBA, experts in customer experience research, to undertake phone surveys on our behalf. This research is being conducted in keeping with GMCT Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

If you have interacted with us from 1 July 2020 - 31 December 2020 you may receive a call from CSBA with a short 5 minute survey to get your views on how we did. If you do not wish to participate, please let the researcher know, or contact us if you would like your details removed from any future surveys.
