Tony Ayres, Filmmaker

Born in 1961, Tony Ayres is a Portuguese Macau-born Australian showrunner, screenwriter, director in television and feature film. He is most notably known for his work on Walking on Water and the Home Song Stories, The Slap and Nowhere Boys.

Benjamin Law, Journalist, Screenwriter & Author

Best known for his family memoir The Family Law which was published in 2010 and later adapted into a six-part award-winning television series for the SBS network. As a journalist, he regularly contributes to publications including The Australian Financial Review, The Saturday Paper and Good Weekend magazine, and is an advocate for LGBT rights.
