About Williamstown Cemetery

Williamstown Cemetery was established to provide a final resting place for many of those interred in the previous cemetery at Point Gellibrand, as well as those lost at sea.

Due to the significance of this historical background, Williamstown Cemetery was placed on the Heritage Register in 1997.

There are limited spaces available within the cemetery.

The cemetery is home to the elegant La Cappella di Sant'Antonio Mausoleum and chapel.

Please see below for general descriptions of what we offer at Williamstown cemetery. Please note: these descriptions are for the purposes of explaining the kind of service or product itself, rather than the unique features it might take on at each cemetery.
