Following a cremation, GMCT can scatter the ashes on your behalf in an area set aside for this purpose at one of our cemeteries.
Overview
When scattering cremated remains on your behalf, we do so in a special area within the cemetery grounds which is designated for the scattering of cremated remains.
GMCT staff will conduct the scattering on your behalf, and family may choose to attend and participate in the scattering, or conduct a small ceremony to mark the occasion.
Alternatively, families or loved ones may collect the cremated remains from one of our offices and choose to scatter them at a special place of your choosing that is not solely within one of GMCT's cemeteries.
