Lilydale Memorial Park was originally part of the Lilydale Cemeteries Trust, formed in 1863. Lilydale Memorial Park has a long and proud history of meeting the diverse and growing needs of the community.

Throughout the park, indigenous fauna and flora have been preserved and integrated with themed garden areas. The result is a tranquil and natural environment.

Services and facilities available at Lilydale Memorial Park include burial, cremation, mausolea, memorials, funeral venues and function facilities.

Burial options
The following burial options are available at Lilydale Memorial Park:

• Lawn graves with plaques
• Lawn graves with headstones
• Natural burials
• Concrete lined vaults

There are also special areas of Lilydale Memorial Park set aside for the burial of young children, or the placement of their cremated remains.

Mausolea
The Yarra Valley Mausoleum stands as both a monument and a garden pavilion. It is a timeless fusion of European tradition with Australian design. The Mausoleum includes bronze portrayals of the Fifteen Stations of the Cross.

The Yarra Valley Mausoleum provides a unique and intimate environment for respite and reflection with views of the surrounding landscape and hills. All crypts feature a vase and vigil lamp and may be personalised with gold lettering or a bronze plaque.
