With your own mobile device and headphones
1. Use one of the links below to install the WaveCAST application on your device.

2. Go to your device settings and join the Wi-Fi network named after the chapel. This is a dedicated network to support hearing augmentation, so you can ignore the ‘no internet connection’ message.
3. Open the WaveCAST app and select the channel named after the chapel.
4. Once you have selected the channel, the service will begin streaming. You can listen to the audio with your own headphones.
Using a portable listening device we provide
1. Ask a chapel attendant for a portable listening device and headphones.
2. Turn the device on by pressing the button on the left-hand side.
3. Swipe up on the screen to unlock.
4. Select the channel named after the chapel to begin listening.
5. Use the scrollbar to adjust the volume.
6. You can listen using the headphones provided with the device or your own.
Using your own T-Coil hearing aids and a portable device
1. Ask a chapel attendant for a portable listening device and neckloop attachment.
2. Place the neckloop over your head and around your neck.
3. Slide the cord lock upwards to a comfortable position.
4. Plug the neckloop into the headphone jack on the portable listening device.
5. See instructions above to begin streaming audio with the portable device. Begin by adjusting the volume to 3, or about half of full volume.
6. Turn the switch on your hearing aid to the T position to tune in.
7. To adjust the volume, first use the settings on the portable device. You can continue to adjust the volume using your hearing aid settings.
