On Wednesday 10 September, we will carry out road resurfacing works at the Sydney Road entrance to Fawkner Memorial Park.
During this time, the Sydney Road entrance will be closed to all traffic. Visitors will be redirected to enter and exit via New Lawn Boulevard (off Box Forest Road).
Visitors can also access the cemetery via Seventh Avenue and Boundary Road.
We’ll have clear signage in place to guide traffic. We expect the work will be completed by the end of the day.
