Roadworks are continuing at Fawkner Memorial Park as part of our ongoing commitment to improve infrastructure and better serve our community.
Current road closures
From Monday 3 November, a section of Sixth Avenue – between Fourth Avenue and the Holy Angels Mausoleum – will be temporarily closed for kerb replacement and road resurfacing.
Clear signage will be in place to guide visitors through the park.

Timeline
Works begin on Monday 3 November and are scheduled for completion by late November 2025.
What remains open
All memorial areas remain accessible and there will be no disruption to funeral services.
