Extension expected to be complete by late 2026
Construction has started on the third stage of Werribee Mausoleum, a prestigious location in Melbourne’s west.
The extension to the existing mausoleum will introduce 235 crypts across five levels, offering a variety of single, double and tandem options. The completed site will also feature new landscaping, sheltered spaces to be enjoyed by those visiting their loved ones, and a new pedestrian entrance created from Railway Avenue.
Minimising disruptions
During these works, our contactors will be making every effort to minimise any disruptions. This includes carefully monitoring and mitigating any noise or dust that might be generated and putting measures in place to reduce this where possible.
Work takes place from 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. For visitors keen to avoid any disruptions, we recommend visiting during the weekends when work will not be taking place.
